Harmony Within/Harmony Within for Men was founded in 2024 by myself a mental health advocate, trauma/narcissistic abuse overcomer and a holistic spiritual healer, currently pursuing my degree in Psychology.

Harmony Within/Harmony Within for Men was created as a response to a growing need for supportive resources for overcomers of  narcissistic/domestic violence and trauma. I recognized that traditional therapy, while incredibly valuable, is sometimes only one part of the healing journey. I envisioned a holistic center focused on empowering overcomers with both traditional and alternative approaches, ensuring they feel truly supported through all stages of their journey.
